Water is a natural medication for people who tend to put on weight. To lose already gained weight, water is more effective than anything in the arsenal of the drug or diet industry. When you give water a chance to fulfill its primary role in bodily energy formation, your natural desires for food will shift from starch to protein and fat, and your cravings for sugary stuff will be few and far between.
